An understanding of website content writing, keyword support and SEO is desirable.

Credit Control / Sales Ledger Clerk

We’re looking for an experienced Credit Control / Sales Ledger Clarke to join our very exciting and rapidly expanding company, based in Knutsford, Cheshire.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

As a Credit Control / Sales Ledger Clarke, your responsibilities will be:

Looking after bank transfer/stripe sales, most of which have the invoices generated automatically.

Chase overdue payments.

Produce an aged debt report.

Resolve customer queries and liaise with customers concerning payments received resolving any issues with payments.

Document cash received and outstanding debtor figures.

Allocate payments received against pre-paid invoices accurately and promptly.

Ensure that all paperwork relating to customers is in place as required and ensure that all filing of customer correspondence is maintained on a regular basis.

Updating system information with figures.

Process daily exports where required.

Produce a monthly cash flow forecast.

Working closely with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.

Using company IT systems effectively and accurately maintaining company records.

Identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Maintain necessary spreadsheet information on a regular basis and for monthly presentation.

Desired Skills and Experience

Strong Excel skills

Must be computer literate and have excellent keyboard and data entry skills

Excellent telephone manner

Some knowledge using accounting software Xero.

SEO Executive

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Executive to join our very exciting and rapidly expanding company based in Knutsford, Cheshire.

As the SEO executive, you will work alongside the Marketing team using your SEO knowledge and tools to support the company in developing our brand communications with existing and new clients to use Zoek as their go-to job site/app.

The role can encompass creative, digital, commercial, technical and administrative responsibilities.

Ideally, you will have some experience in both the technical and non-technical sides of SEO.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

· Conduct website audits, optimization and site analysis (meta titles, tags, descriptions, URLs etc.)

· Developing SEO campaigns that compliment the wider marketing activity, to engage with existing and new clients

· Writing and proofreading creative copy (landing pages, co-marketing blogs)

· Responsible for recommending and actioning SEO marketing activities, including keyword research, content strategy and link building to increase rankings from all major search engines

· Competitive analysis, link monitoring and co-marketing outreach activity to gain back-links

· Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative, effectively multi-tasking in a deadline driven environment

Desired Skills and Experience:

We are looking for an individual who has a minimum of 2 years SEO experience and is dedicated to optimising, developing and applying their SEO/marketing skills to our business in order to

improve our overall positioning and website/app organic performance. PPC experience would be a bonus longer-term projects, but not essential.

· Solid understanding and 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing (ideally from a content background), working in a similar role of managing SEO campaigns

· Proven SEO experience, with good HTML knowledge and experience with Google Analytics, Search Console and other SEO tools (SEMRush)

· Highly analytical and capable at sifting through data to identify appropriate next steps

· Technical SEO skills are desirable but not essential

· Computer literate, with excellent communication skills and written English

· An ambitious, self-motivated and well-organised individual with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude

· Flexibility on the role as it may involve covering some admin or wider marketing duties

· Good understanding of the marketing mix, including PPC and Social Media is desirable
