Content Writer

We’re looking for a temporary Content Writer to join our very exciting and rapidly expanding company, based in Knutsford, Cheshire.

We require a content writer to create ‘house style’ content for our website landing pages to help improve our SEO. To be able to produce some of the content you will need to fact find organisations, locations, job industries, and statistics.

You will need a passion for writing but also a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to hit deadlines.

An understanding of website content writing, keyword support and SEO is desirable.

Desired Skills and Experience

Excellent written English, including outstanding spelling and grammar

Must be computer literate

Knowledge of keyword support and SEO

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our very exciting and rapidly expanding company, based in Knutsford, Cheshire.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting the continued growth of new business sales and customer development for Zoek.

From within this role you will become an industry expert, gaining awareness of the market and learning all aspects of our brand and service, to help fulfil our client needs.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

Source, engage and win business from new clients.

Manage and be proactive with your clients to understand their recruitment needs and form long-lasting relationships by providing support, information, guidance and advise on increasing spend when necessary

Offer creative input and ideas, with all departments, where necessary to develop our brand/service

To report to the Head of Sales and Managing Director

Desired Skills and Experience:

Previous Telesales, Sales, Account Management or Recruitment experience, with a proven track of success, hitting/exceeding your targets

Experience in influencing, negotiating and closing new business

Candidate with proven account management and relationship management skills

Confident telephone manner the ability to identify and pitch to key decision-makers

Interest and passion for selling

Computer literate, with excellent written English

Driven, self-motivated and well-organised individual

The ideal candidate would be an individual who wishes to pursue a career in Sales.

Credit Control / Sales Ledger Clerk

We’re looking for an experienced Credit Control / Sales Ledger Clarke to join our very exciting and rapidly expanding company, based in Knutsford, Cheshire.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

As a Credit Control / Sales Ledger Clarke, your responsibilities will be:

Looking after bank transfer/stripe sales, most of which have the invoices generated automatically.

Chase overdue payments.

Produce an aged debt report.

Resolve customer queries and liaise with customers concerning payments received resolving any issues with payments.

Document cash received and outstanding debtor figures.

Allocate payments received against pre-paid invoices accurately and promptly.

Ensure that all paperwork relating to customers is in place as required and ensure that all filing of customer correspondence is maintained on a regular basis.

Updating system information with figures.

Process daily exports where required.

Produce a monthly cash flow forecast.

Working closely with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.

Using company IT systems effectively and accurately maintaining company records.

Identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Maintain necessary spreadsheet information on a regular basis and for monthly presentation.

Desired Skills and Experience

Strong Excel skills

Must be computer literate and have excellent keyboard and data entry skills

Excellent telephone manner

Some knowledge using accounting software Xero.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in sales ledger and credit control and be able to work quickly and accurately.

It is essential that you are a good communicator and willing to take responsibility for your ledger. This is an excellent role for an experienced Credit Controller/ Sales Ledger Clerk looking for autonomy.

You will enjoy a supportive working environment and can develop within the role.
